“Mannn this may be long but I'm gonna be honest, these folks are the best! Had a system setup by another shop before coming to them. My subs had randomly cut out. I called up and spoke to John and explained my situation and he kept it real and instead of jus quoting me random numbers or offering me random products he told me come in and lets take a look at it. Now my man Mike was a heaven sent! I came in ready to have to buy new subs and it was in the end a bad wire job from the previous shop and also a module that was broken.
